In the event that you are not satisfied with any product purchased from Golf Equipment Online you may return it unused, in the original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. This amount excludes all delivery costs. (If you were not charged for delivery when you placed your order a £6 handling charge will apply). If you require a replacement rather than a refund a £6 delivery charge would apply (UK Mainland Only - Other charges apply for outside this area)  to send the replacement item to you.

Please note than if you have any discrepancies with your goods once delivered you must notify us within 7 days by email.

Please note: we cannot offer refunds on custom fitted equipment.

Please send the goods with a letter explaining your requirements and the original proof of purchase to: Ben Gillard, Golf Equipment Online, Chatham Driving Range, Street End Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 0BG, UK, using a signed for service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the equipment.
