The excellent breathability is due to the hi-tech GORE-TEX® Performance Shell fabric. This stretchable fabric makes the jacket extremely flexible and comfortable to wear.
Galvin Green have also added lots of smart details such as rain channels in the sleeve-ends, back pocket, adjustable chest and bottom edge.

The GORE-TEX® membrane contains over 1.4 billion microscopic pores per square cm. These pores are 20,000 times smaller than a water droplet, but 700 times larger than a water vapour molecule, which makes the Gore-Tex® from the outside, while allowing perspiration to escape from the inside.
